Order Process

—Complete the checkout process

—Settle your payment within 2 business days

—Send payment receipt to order@studioreginaaquino.com

—Wait for a payment confirmation and shipping details via email

Holding Time

Placed orders will be reserved for a maximum of 2 business days. Please settle your payment as soon as orders are placed. Orders will automatically be cancelled if no payment has been received within the 2 day grace period.

Processing Time

Shipping of orders will proceed within 1 - 2 business days after payment confirmation is made via email. Shipping details will be provided as well.

—Paid orders within Monday - Friday will be processed within 1 - 2 business days

—While, paid orders on Saturday - Sunday will be processed on Monday
